It would be great if the file format is “.tif” or “.pdf.”  However, if you cannot create your design, you might try to provide the methods other forms; it would be okay too.

Yes, you can. You can provide your artwork of the label, and we will print it in demanded quality. We can also put the products in polybags and carton boxes in required quantities with stickers/barcodes, etc., on them.

Our minimum order quantity is changing to the products you requested.

Of course. We can randomly send samples from our existing qualities or produce your designs as counter samples or quality swatches. Please ask for the sampling fees. The sampling time is two weeks for custom design samples.

Our prices always depend on the total quantity of your order. More simply, the price will decrease when the order quantity increases. If you want to get exact pricing, we need the required products' quantity, quality, and packaging information.

We'll do our best to ensure you receive your order quickly. After you confirm your order, the goods are usually ready for shipment between 4-7 weeks. So as you know, delivery times can be longer than usual during the holiday season (July/August).

For European clients, we usually use land transport by truck. The trucks generally leave Turkey on Friday and Saturday. The goods arrive at warehouse centers in Europe in about 5-7 days, and then they are delivered to your address in a few more business days. We primarily use air transport or vessel for the rest of the world. There are almost flights from Istanbul to most countries daily, and the goods arrive at the nearest airport to your address in a few days. We deliver the goods to the airport, and it is always better if you arrange the transport between the airport and your address, or we can handle that too.
